· 1+years Force.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce development.
· Experience working with Salesforce Service Contracts and Entitlements, Email to case, Web to case, Live Agent and Knowledge.
· Java or C# development experience is a plus, as well as HTML, Java script, and CSS.
· Solid knowledge of SOQL.
· Experience in Service Cloud.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
