ETL/Spark database developers(NO H1B)

Please help me with the following req. Skype to hire,  

 

***THEY MUST COMPLETE THE HACKERRANK TEST BEFORE THE INTERVIEW PROCESS***

  Must sit in Stamford, CT. Looking for ETL or Spark Developers.

 

"Title he's looking for- ETL/Spark database developers. I am looking to get strong spark developer (must have) with strong database skills (must have) , please not focus heavily on bigdata/Hadoop (it’s a nice to have)"

ETL experience, making sure data is capturing Audit.  noSQL database. NEEDS to have fresh perspective of whats happening today.. doesn't want to see someone been in company 10 years and no idea about new technology. Understands reporting such as Tableau. Familiarity with ETL tools such as Nifi. *SKYPE to hire.MUST know how to build API, NODE.JS is a MUST have. Someone coming from Financial services industry is a huge plus.
