Job Description:
Years of experience: 4-6 Years
Windows Desktop operating systems
Operating System management and patching
Security patch deployment using WSUS, Altiris, Wavelink, AirWatch, and other provided tools
Experience in Retail POS infra support
Experience working with Peripherals
SCCM Engineering and Management
Knowledge of SCCM Query language
Understanding of Active Directory and network troubleshooting
Retail domain knowledge
