JOB DETAILS:
Requirements:
· 2+ years of recent Node.JS experience paired with at least 4 years of BE language agnostic experience (with any compiled BE language: examples include: C/C++, Java, Rust)
· Docker file understanding, installation, VMware familiarity
· AWS- knowledge of/experience with EC2, SNS, S3
· Terraform storage concepts
· Circle CI/Jenkins for CICD
Plusses
· GoLang experience
· Over-the-top Software exposure (HLS and DASH)
· DRM exposure - FairPlay, WideVine, or PlayReady
· Infrastructure as Code exposure (Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm)
· Exposure to GitHub and GitHub Actions.
Day-to-Day *
· A client within the streaming domain is seeking strong Video Engineers to join the larger engineering organization responsible for the delivery of entertainment content to their user base. You will support the ongoing design, development, and maintenance of an industry-leading, Over-the-Top (OTT) software platform. You will partner with engineers, product managers, and project managers to help design, develop, implement and test features. You will be 100% autonomous and in charge of managing your day-to-day work and schedule.
