 Title: Network Engineer
Location:  Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6months 

Position Description: 
Experience Level: 4 yr degree plus 10 or more 
This contractor will join the Enterprise Services team in Network Services. Major focus will be on drift remediation updates to network routers and switches to keep them in proper configuration compliance.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Support network routers and switches within client network environment, execute change via the WF change control process, assist on mitigating risk for the enterprise by proactively addressing capacity problems or any network related issues, participate and/or lead enterprise level projects from an engineering perspective, responsible for creating/updating network designs, responsible for designing, implementing and testing and research and implement industry best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:
Four year degree plus 7-10 years experience, Enterprise level routing and switching experience, BGP / OSPF experience, Spanning tree and other layer 2 switching experience, Layer 3 routing experience (6500/4500 series), Network design/documentation experience, Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:
CCNA, CCNP or CCIE certifications, Enterprise level network support experience.
