Job Description:
Candidates will join Web Portal Services RTB team.
Team is responsible for Application Management Lifecycle for a number of enterprise web applications and mobile applications such as Barclays Live and Barclays Now. Individuals will engage in L1/L2 support resolving day-to-day issues reported by monitoring and users, Incident Management, Problem Management, application deployments, Disaster Recovery testing, request fulfillment.
Education:
College degree or equivalent work experience
Technology and Skills:
ITIL foundation – understanding core principles
Linux/Unix/windows (poweruser level)
SQL constructing simple queries
MS Office proficient knowledge of word and excel
Internet Browsers (IE, FireFox, Safari, Chrome)
Good communication skills
Ability and desire to quickly learn
Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
Willing to work late and weekends
