Job Qualification (Required Experience and Skills)

·         7-8 years of experience in OFSAA technical roles

·         At least 5 years of experience in OFSAA profitability module with FTP & EPM modules

·         Must have implemented at least 2 OFSAA projects from End-to-End

·         Preferably experience on Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for data integration

·         Technical expertise on writing business rules, calculations,

·         Implementation of OFSAA solutions for FSDF, PFT, and GL Recon for Advanced and Standardize Approach

·         Experience in implementing OFSAAI with various solutions like Profitability (PFT), Fund transfer(FTP),Asset Liability Management (ALM)

·         Strong knowledge of data warehouse architecture, OFSAA internal architecture and experienced in dimensional modeling on data modeling

·         Deep understanding of the OFSAA modules and hands on experience in building and configuring rules within the OFSAA tool

·         Experience in data Extraction, Loading and Transformation in data warehouse environment using Oracle Data Integrator

·         Thorough knowledge and experience in configuring F2T rules, rules for cost and revenue allocation, T2T rules to transform data, DQ Rules in OFSAA through UMM DQ Framework

·         Experience in implementing EPM suite of products (Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FDMEE..)

·         Good knowledge of Data Marts, Data warehousing, Operational Data Store (ODS), OLAP, Data Modeling like Dimensional Data Modeling, Star Schema Modeling, Snow-Flake Modeling, FACT and Dimensions Tables

·         Demonstrated experience assisting in defining the systems strategy, gathering, and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, AS-IS and TO- BE business process designs, configuration management, testing and end user training

·         Ability to collaborate with team members and business customers

·         Strong communication skills to present the ideas, recommendations and be an influencer
