Job Description:
- Resources must have experience building, supporting,
maintaining systems in an enterprise environment
- Resources must have product knowledge of one or more of the
following technologies: SAS (9.3 or 9.4 preferred), R, Salford,
RMS, Ab Initio, Qlikview, Microstrategy, Cognos, WebFocus, TM1, or related
technologies.
- Resources must have product knowledge and experience in key
technologies
- Resources must have experience with technologies being
managed in an large scale/enterprise class environment
- Resources must be able to work relatively independently on
tasks that may not have clearly defined procedures or work instructions
- Analytics support: Provide support for SAS, RMS, R,
and Salford for maintenance activities as well as support product
upgrades, enhancements, and new capabilities within those systems.
- Data Management: Provide support for Ab Initio, both
for maintenance activities as well as product upgrades, enhancements, and
new capabilities within those systems.
- Information Delivery: Support Maintenance activities
as well as product upgrades, enhancements, and new capabilities within a
number of technologies, including TM1, Cognos, Qlikview, Microstrategy,
WebFocus, and others.
