Duties

* Configure and support off the shelf solutions for the Microsoft System Center Suite (75%) 
* Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting information related (15%) .
* Work with the product vendor to resolve software issues (10%) .

Required Skills

* Advanced experience with Windows Server 2008 and higher (3-5 years) .
* Beginner experience with MS SQL Server 2008 and higher (1 year) .
* Beginner experience with ITIL frameworks, SDLs, and methodologies. 
* Beginner experience with MS System Center Service Manager (SCSM) .
* Advanced experience MS System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and/or Configuration Manager (SCCM) 5 years .
* 5 years systems analysis experience.
