Business Intelligence  Consultant Work Location: San Jose, CA Duration : 6 Months   Only Green Card/USC/TN/GC-EAD Holders   Job Description:   Skill Set & Qualifications: •             5+ years of Business Intelligence, Data Marts and dashboard development experience. •             Strong understanding of BI solution components (data & visualization) and implementation experience in any •             Strong data analysis and understanding skills •             Experience Agile methodology development tools like Rally is a must. •             Comfortable in working in Agile model and offshore team •             Experience of working directly with client for requirement analysis is a must. •             Good communication and organizational skills and can work effectively in a team environment. •             Bachelor's / Master's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems   Principle Responsibilities: •             Support user story grooming, product testing and validation. •             Translate requirement for easy consumption by the development team. •             Drive analytics solution design & implementation •             Help simplifying the User Story by breaking them into smaller sub user stories •             Help design BI schemas and pictorial representation of metrics like charts, bars, trends etc. •             Visualize the analytics requirement and help team implement it.  •             Work with cross functional teams for data needs and drive integration solution
