Description: The State of Michigan has Sales Force application projects as the base foundation layer for software development. The State of Michigan needs to provide day to day support for Salesforce projects that are in-flight and in production.

This positing is seeking a Certified Salesforce Administrator to be on the State of Michigan Enterprise CoE (Center of Excellence) managing multiple orgs.

The State of Michigan has implemented a Center for Excellence for Sales Force applications. The CoE needs a to provide day to day support, Salesforce maintenance and release management, and minor configuration changes. Knowledge with Salesforce as admin, and knowledge of 3rd party app exchange products is needed. This support role will work closely with the Salesforce release management support and the ALM tool which is eFTS Visual Studio On-line By Microsoft/Team Foundation Server.

• Generate and maintain metrics and dashboard reporting

• Generate and maintain the Salesforce "CoE Demand Intake Tool" tracking of project calls/needs

• Manage and service SOM agencies in the demand intake process

Sales Force Lighting experience is needed. This person must have experience in an Enterprise environment and have worked as an Sales Force Administrator with multiple organizations at the same time.
