MDM Developer - Chattanooga TN
Unum is seeking a professionally-trained and qualified mid-sr MDM developer within the Enterprise Data Engineering organizationThe role requires ability to perform software development activities in an Agile environment, working closely with IT and business stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for the design, development and delivery of IBM MDM (Master Data Management) services
· Integrate data rules, tools and practices with existing MDM services
· Configure and tune PME algorithms to meet Unum standards
· Write business proxies, extensions and additions
· Collaboratively develops specifications to resolve business client questions, problems and to address enhancement needs
· Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
· Write well designed, testable and efficient code.
· Ensure designs comply with specifications.
· Prepare and produce releases of software components.
· Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
Qualifications
· Deep experience with IBM Infosphere Master Data Management as a Developer /Integrator
· Experience in MDM party and other domains
· Experience in customizations, arch components, Match, Collapse, Data model and configuration of validation, notification and merge rules
· Experience in IBM ISC for party suspect duplicate maintenance
· Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
· Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
· Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and TeraData technologies
· Experience with test-driven development
· 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
· BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
