Our Direct Client in Health domain is looking for Product Specialist(Training Developer) for Pennsylvania(Hybrid)(C2C/1099)

Job Title: Product Specialist(Training Developer)

Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Type: Contract

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the information technology industry in business analysis, adult training development, and/or end-user support to meet general objectives. Must have strong Microsoft Office skills, strong interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a history of successful training development and delivery.

Responsibilities:

•Assist in analysis and management of the facility.
•Manage virtual and/or in-person training curricula, including review of vendor-provided training materials
•Manage virtual and/or in-person training plans, procedures, and delivery to external stakeholders
•In coordination with the Business Workflow Unit, engage with program SMEs and stakeholders to verify  application functionality aligns with business needs, functional design and training documentation
•Report defects in the application as encountered and escalates potential deficiencies to onboarding team lead and/or Business Workflow Manager
•Provides post-deployment end-user technical support
