Role: Netapp Storage Admin (Panzura Gateway Exp)
Location: Raleigh, NC
Duration : 10 Months
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead and coordinate the deployment activities of the Panzura Gateway appliances: Project management skills to coordinate deployment effort in different customer locations and transition the implementation to a steady state phase.
Basic IT skills to be able to configure and troubleshoot appliance type devices like Panzura Gateway.
Skills in the Panzura Gateway product to be able to understand and comprehend initial deployment by vender, develop documentation on the implementation and use of the Gateways to customer and provide knowledge transfer on how to access and use the Panzura gateway.
Remotely provide administration level support for the deployed Panzura Gateway appliances
Must Have skills:
• Experience in Panzura Gateway Product (Panzura Global File System) appliance management or
• 4-6 years hands-on experience in Storage Device configuration, administration and management (SAN/NAS devices) activities
• Skills to coordinate deployment efforts in different customer location
• Excellent communication skills
