Position 1            : QA Automation Lead

Location               : Columbus, OH               

Duration              : 4+months        

Interview Mode: Skype & Coding Test

 

NEED A VERY STRONG AUTOMATION TEST LEAD WITH JAVA PROGRAMMING EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:

·         Develop test automation strategy for large complex projects.

·         Collaborates with product line stakeholders to understand and develop strategies, frameworks relating to their emerging demands

·         Design Test Automation, Execution and Lead automation delivery using HP QTP, Selenium, and Ranorex

·         Driving innovation/adoption of Industry practices through investigation/institutionalization of new tools/methods/standards

Required Skills:

·         8+ years of QA Automation Lead Experience

·         2 + years of experience leading offshore teams

·         Strong experience in HP QTP, ALM, Selenium, and Java

·         Strong experience in complex data analysis and data calculations.

·         Ability to validate QA deliverables and provide feedback

·         Strong collaboration skills

·         Strong leadership and verbal/written communication skills

·         Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodology.

·         Strong proficiency with requirements gathering tools.

·         Strong knowledge of project management tools and concepts is preferred

Position 2            : Technical Business Analyst

Location               : Ann Arbor, MI

Duration              : 1 year Contract

Interview Mode: In-Person

 

Must be Technical BA with 10 plus years of exp.

Must have been a developer in the past.

 

Required Skills:

·         Bachelor’s degree with at least four to seven years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (systems consulting experience desired).

·         At least three years’ experience in large scale system implementation efforts following a standard software development lifecycle approach (scrum desired)

·         Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development and data modeling.

·         Strong oral and written communications skills.

·         Ability to create systematic and manual operations procedures in both technical and user-friendly language.

·         Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment

·         Strong facilitation skills

·         Excellent organization and management skills

·         Extensive knowledge of industry standard development methodologies and technologies
