Job Title: AEM Admin
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
The following attributes are considered as must-haves for this role:
Possess an understanding of the marketing technology landscape, and the place where CMS solutions fit in
Has the ability and willingness to learn new technologies/products in the industry
Has hands on experience working with different content management systems,
Understands the various offerings in the industry and is aware of the strengths, weaknesses of the various offerings
Has the ability to lead both internal and client technology teams to a common solution
Has the ability to design and implement complex modules independently
The Manager of Technology must be well versed in the following (but not limited to) technology disciplines:
CMS - Specification, Selection, Design, Implementation and Operations across both Content Delivery and Content Management
Hands on experience with Development operations including (but not limited to) automated builds, test driven development, quality processes, code generation, automated deployments etc.
Web design and Front End Development Tools
Integration patterns across legacy systems, existing implementations, new product implementations
Experience with Digital Asset Management solutions/capabilities
Experience with Performance engineering
Hands-on experience with multi-channel, internationalization considerations and implementation patterns
Experience with security considerations and implementation patterns
Experience with infrastructure and deployment considerations – failover, rollback, load balancing, caching, configuration management etc.
Key Responsibilities include:
Design and Implement CMS architecture, visualization and development processes based on the client needs
Coordinate globally dispersed development, QA, deployment etc. teams
Maintain a strong understanding of industry and enterprise-wide trends
Utilize deep understanding of CMS solutions to make appropriate decisions
Translate the client’s business requirements into systems design
Establish high, mid and micro level plans, and estimates for project teams
Identify and manage risk on project
Be the liaison with the client architect and the client development teams
Own the design and code quality of the project
Provide estimates for the technical solution independently
