Job Description:
We are inviting job applications from candidates to be a part of our Oil & Gas Solutions team to contribute towards the organic growth of the organization. Being an Upstream Consultant, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Good knowledge in hydrocarbon accounting, flow assurance, production forecasting and optimization
Technology appreciation – Petex Suite, Schlumberger flow simulation tools.  
Digital oil field expertise, Enhanced oil recovery, optimization
At least worked on one Digital consulting and execution of projects
Knowledge of analytics , AI
Conceptualize & Develop solutions for the Upstream Oil & Gas Industry
Layout the Business Strategy for the Oil & Gas Upstream segment of Tech Mahindra, define the prospects and work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral
End to End Development & Sales (partially) of Industry solutions
Enable Tech Mahindra's Sales team and Technical associates by conducting webinars, participating in customer visits etc.
Identify key partners & establish strategic alliances which could boost the revenue of the Oil& Gas vertical within Tech Mahindra
Be an active member in customer meetings where required and provide assistance and guidance to the delivery team
Actively involve in RFP/ RFI responses and articulate responses with a consultative flavor
Prepare & present Oil & Gas vertical organizations' strategy in Exploration & Production sub vertical to higher management and analyst organizations
Write white papers and other thought leadership articles to be published across industry forums and Tech Mahindra's own internal magazines
Knowledge of various cost drivers and budgetary components
Experience in working along with multi skill set team, delivering applications & services to Oil & Gas MNC’s across the globe
Excellent leadership skills, Strong client facing skills  and communication skills

Education Qualifications:
Degree in Chemical/ Petroleum/ Reservoir Engineering from a recognized university with deep domain hands-on experience in Oil & Gas Production
Drilling engineers with deep domain experience in Exploration & Drilling can also apply.
Relevant Industry Experience 8 -12 years
Knowledge of Data Analytics  & AI/ML concepts is an advantage
MBA from top tier B-school is an advantage
