Description:
PM with 12+ plus years of IT experience, 8+ years of Project management and PMP Certified. Candidates must have current certification. Our client needs a PMP with experience managing larger projects from scratch that include building infrastructure for hosting applications, enterprise services such as ESB, ETL, ERP, MDM etc. and using Software as A Service (SAS) clouds. They must have experience in Estimation, Budgeting, Forecasting, and managing financial requirements for the project.
Candidate must be capable of preforming the following tasks:
- Creating Work Breakdown Structure
- Creating and maintaining Project plans
- Managing development team
- Managing day to day activities
- Reporting development status
- Participating JAD sessions
- Participating design sessions
- Documenting meeting minutes and follow-up on actions items
- Documenting design specifications
- Designing and promoting infrastructure and technical solutions
- Facilitating meeting sessions
- Managing or escalating conflicts
- Engaging State employees and training the employees as part of transitioning
- Defining, planning, maintaining and follow project communication

• Plan, define and lead implementation of infrastructure and ERP solution promoting Cloud architecture
• Plan, define and lead implementation of infrastructure and Business Intelligence promoting Cloud architecture
• Plan, define and lead implementation of infrastructure and Content Management promoting Cloud architecture
• Plan, define and lead implementation of infrastructure and Disaster Recovery solutions promoting Cloud architecture.
• Plan, define and lead implementation of change management and configuration management processes based on ITIL framework
• Plan, define and lead implementation health, transaction and performance monitoring of IT solutions with Cloud architecture
• Plan, define and lead implementation non production environment and SDLC processes.
• Plan, define and lead implementation of development and project management environments including project management tools, SDLC tools, performance monitoring and reporting tools.
• Plan, define and lead implementation of Identity management solution and unified messaging solutions
• Report on project status
• Plan, define and lead QA activities for the project that includes building QA infrastructure, QA artifacts such as Test cases, Test results, Test plans (Estimation, Scope, Schedule, budget etc.)
Skills Required:
· 5 years leading software application development experience
· 3 years agile and progressive elaboration project management expertise
· 5 years’ experience in managing larger project from scratch that includes building infrastructure for hosting applications, enterprise services such as ESB, ET
· 5 years’ experience in developing and maintaining end to end project plan that includes the transition of the project to “Operate and Maintain” lessons learned
· 3 years manage project and development activities of vendors, consultants, and state resources
· 3 years’ experience in managing technology research and software selection
· 3 years’ experience in FRI, RFQ, RFP processes
· 3 years’ experience Waterfall and Agile application development
· 5 years’ experience in estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and manage financial requirements for the project
