• 2+ years of progressive experience developing applications with Core Java technologies
• Experience working on Weblogic application server
• Good exposure to frameworks like Spring / Hibernate / Struts
• Experience working in Agile methodology
• Experience using Junit (This should be default if they have worked on Agile)
• Experience developing application with Oracle RDBMS as back-end preferred
• Ability to independently research, troubleshooting, and resolve complex problems
• Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Good oral/written communication skills
