- Fully understand the CPQ platform
- Experience in requirement gathering and documenting requirements from business
- Hands on experience in SFDC, 201 Certified preferred
- Hands on experience in Apptus cloud, Apttus CPQ certified
- 5 years related project working experience, at least 2 years BA working experience
- 1 year GEHC working experience in ITO/CPQ part is preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Onsite support for workout
- Communicate with Business users to study & figure out ASIS/TOBE Business process, including online system design & Business workflow
- Provide technical design team for high level design for Apttus application and interfaces
- Participate in requirement grooming and sizing
- Liaison for development team & Business team
- Coordinate end user training
- Conduct SIT & UAT
- UAT onsite Support
- Proven ability to look at SFA processes from a strategic standpoint and understand inter-relationships. Recommend to customer the appropriate and
optimal use/configuration of Sales Cloud to their needs.
- Recommend business process productivity gain in their sales teams.
- Able to translate the customer requirement and gap analysis in to comprehensive functional
