Job Description
Peoplesoft/HR scope is more fully described as Peoplesoft 8.3 application and bolt-on applications for North America comprising:
Peoplesoft Enterprise Application
Human Resource Management System (“HRMS”)
Self Service Applications (ePay)
Peoplesoft Bolt-on applications
Medgate Application Support
Kronos Application Support
Back-up support for the clocks
Interfaces
The WERCS
Coordination with the database and server teams to apply quarterly updates or patches
HR On The Net
Interfaces Support
PS Interfaces support to Empower, CIC Plus, Fidelity, eT&E, OCU, Success Factors, Benefit focus , Employee Central and various other vendor interfaces
Operations Activities to comprise:
EEO Reporting
Affirmative Action Changes Reporting
Vets Reporting
Regulatory region updates
Tax Upgrades
Small Projects requiring 80 hours or less of effort
20% Lead tam of offshore resoruces
80% Doing the PS/HR technical support work
Specialized/Practical Knowledge
Management Skill
Need to be able to manage own work as well as other People Soft folks working on support
