Mandatory Skills: .Net C#, MVC, Web Forms, SOA, REST, SOAP, WCF, jQuery, javascript, Design and Development best practices

Job Description:

• Looking for the best developer on a team of Senior developers with 10+ Years.  A developer who can lead by the example of exceptional coding practices.
• Candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced Agile Scrum environment.  
• Extensive experience with .net technologies and Object-Oriented design patterns is required. 
• Have experience leading a small team of developers and is excited about coding.
• 6-month contract position.  (However, we have consistently renewed existing contractors at the end of their 6-month term, and we have many contractors that have been with us for many years on consecutive 6-month contracts.)
• Required:  .Net C#, MVC, Web Forms, SOA, REST, SOAP, WCF, jQuery, javascript, Design and Development best practices

Dev Lead expectations  (composed of 20% facilitation and 80% development)

• Meet with Solution Designers and Architects regarding User Stories and development best practices.
• Disseminate concepts from Architecture team to the developers.
• Write code.
• Perform code reviews for effectiveness and quality, in-line with established best practices.
• Participate in all Sprint/Scrum activities.
• Provide testing guidance for QA resources.
• Provide deployment guidance for Release team.
