Role: Pivotal Cloud J2EE Architect

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Englewood, CO

 

Required:

• 2 - 4 years in architecture of large and business critical systems
• 8 - 10 years of experience in developing, deploying and administering Java applications using JAVA, Java EE
• 3 - 6 years of experience in Java/Java EE, with Spring and web services technologies (REST and SOAP)
• 3 - 5 years of strong experience with XSD, XML (SAX/DOM) and JSON
• 2 - 4 years of experience in developing applications in Oracle PL/SQL
• 2 - 4 years of in depth knowledge of Unix environment that includes shell scripting
• Experience in building, deploying and managing services and applications in Pivotal Cloud platform
• Should have served as an Senior Developer and should be  capable of designing micro-services in Pivotal Cloud platform for an existing application
• Experience in configuring Application Server such as JBoss, WebLogic
• Experience in build systems such as Maven and Ant and Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins
• Experience in software debugging and performance tuning
• Knowledge in NoSQL Databases such as Cassandra, Couchbase is a plus 
• Candidate must have experience in developing performance intensive, high availability application
• Strong skills in solving complex problems
• Works well in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strict adherence to development standards

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with working on High Speed Internet, telephone and video provisioning applications
  Strong interpersonal skills; capable of writing recommendations and interacting with company personnel on complex topics.
• Experience working on high volume reconciliation application
• Demonstrated experience of participating on teams of technical experts in a diverse, fast-paced, 24 * 7 environments.
• Proven experience meeting large deliverables with fixed and aggressive deadlines.
  Ability to present clear, concise reporting on concurrent projects and issues
  Proven analytical and problem solving skills
