Job Title: Lead ETL Developer

Client Location: Santa Monica, CA

Duration: 9 +months contract

Local To CA Must

Interview Process: Phone Screen, then In-person Mandatory

Informatica (looking for 8+ years)

Oracle Database 10g/11g (looking for 3+ years)

PL/SQL – stored procedures (looking for 3+ years)

Unix OS

Would also need the following questions answered

What has the candidate implemented?

Have you managed and lead any onshore and offshore ETL Development teams? How big was the team?

You're Right For This Job If You Can:

• Analyze, design, develop, implement and support ETL solutions using Informatica and other ETL tools

• Work on projects, enhancements, and production support issues

• Mentor and collaborate with other ETL developers, BI developers, analysts and project managers

• Timely delivery of ETL solutions (fast-paced business environment)

• Mentoring junior ETL/Informatica resources

• Communicating status and technical considerations for project work and non-project work to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Make recommendations for continuous improvement of the data environment

We Are Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with technical and non-technical audiences

• Strong experience in managing and leading offshore ETL development team

• 8+ years of Informatica experience

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Database (10g/11g)

• 3+ years of experience with PL/SQL, stored procedures

• Experience with UNIX

• Experience with Oracle EBS a plus

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
