Required Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, mathematics or related field with technical experience
· 3+ years technical, application development experience
· Knowledge of application design and development experience in: web based solutions, server environments/platforms, JAVA, Hibernate, Spring, Mule.
· Ability to troubleshoot application problems across multiple platforms.
· Strong interpersonal communications, collaboration and relationship building skills
· Proven ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
· Broad understanding of our business, with knowledge of the customer subject area a plus.
· Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving skills
· Expert prioritization and multi-tasking in a high volume, fast paced environment
· Comfort with ambiguity
