Position: Lead Consultant, .NET Development
Location: Jersey City (Remote till Covid, but the candidate should be comfortable relocating and working onsite after pandemic)
Visa: Open (Avoid OPT, CPT)
Look for candidates with 8+ years of experience.
In this role, you will be part of an onshore development team supporting a
client’s Finance technology team.
Responsibilities
• Obtain an understanding of key business needs, document complex business processes and work directly with end users to determine the project goal and create effective solutions
• Perform full SDLC tasks – Requirement analysis, design, development, testing and implementation
• Collaborate with other developers of the project and integrate the system, perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of the application
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science
Preferred qualifications
• Prior experience in Banking and Financial Services
• SQL knowledge – ability to write complex joins, built-in functions and operators
• Strong expertise in ASP .NET MVC with C#, Web API, WCF, WPF
• Strong expertise in Entity Framework 6, LINQ
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, JQuery HTML
• SQL Server development experience with SSIS/SSDT/SSRS
MQ experience with MSMQ / TIBCO
