BCforward is looking for a Full-Stack developer in Sandiego.

Job Title: Full-Stack Developer

Duration: Full time

Location: San Diego, CA

 

Job description:

The candidate will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing requirements from highly intelligent scientists.  In addition the developer will need to differentiate requirements as critical and option "nice to haves".   Must have excellent analysis skills the and ability to understand system inter dependencies to ensure minimal impacts when implementing system changes.   There is a possibility this could be a right to hire position after one year, dependent upon performance and budget.

 

Required skills:

• JavaScript and React
• Calling APIs
• Python
• User Interface experience
• Progressive experience designing consumer web-based products and interactions, preferably in a large multi-site organization
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Worked in an agile setting
• Excellent communication and organization skills with the ability to lead team meetings

 

Preferred skills:

• Biotech experience
• Agile tools experience, such as Jira, Slack, GitHub
