Description:
Requirements
· Advanced degree in Informational Sciences, Business Intelligence/Analytics or related field
· 10+ year in Business Intelligence operations
· Experience with self-service analytics strategy, implementation and best practices
· 5+ years in Tableau Product Suite (desktop, server) and data experience in dashboard design, creation and maintenance `
Analytical skills
· Advanced experience with end to end BI reporting solutions
· Experience with building data architecture
· Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Tableau solutions
· Proficient in SQL
· Proficiency with Lavastorm or similar analytics engine software preferred
· Solid business acumen
· Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
· Strong time management and prioritization skills
Role & responsibilities
· Lead data visualization analyst team through delivery of dashboards
· Thought partner on reporting and analytics vision
· Share reporting, analytics and data visualization best practices
· Identify best solution for designing and deploying the BPM reporting and analytics portal and lead implementation of the portal
· Review and provide recommendations to optimize BPM reporting infrastructure to support scaling and real time reporting
· Recommend and implement approach/tool for effective storytelling and insight socialization
