10 yrs. of PL/SQL experience
Data modelling
Extensive PL/SQL development experience
Performance tuning knowledge
Good Communication Skills
Must be able to work independently
MUST have sufficient real world experience. Will be screened by giving scenarios to understand how the candidates try to resolve a problem. If they aren't able to respond, they will be rejected.
