Position : US IT Recruiters
Job Location : Hitech City, Hyderabad
Timings : USA Timings ( Night Shift)
Salary : Excellent Salary + Commission
Position Details
1 year+ of experience in Technical IT Recruitment.
Knowledge of all USA Pay terms and Taxes.
Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch etc.), Data Bank, Personal Network, Employee Referrals.
In-depth understanding of the IT skills and source candidates according to the requirement. Excellent communication skills.
Experience in hiring Junior level to Senior management level.
To be responsible for full life cycle of recruitment, which includes multi-channel sourcing, screening, qualifying, closing high level skills in time, negotiation with applicants and extend offers.
To work with the Business-Heads and line managers for fulfilling timely resource requirements through external hiring of resources.
To plan and strategize all the recruitment activities within defined time frames.
To develop and implement recruitment strategies.
To maintain MIS reports.
Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
A proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-find candidates.
