Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Northern NJ

Duration: 6+ months

Interview: Phone screening followed by a Face to Face

 

Job Description:

 

·        Must have experience conducting, driving and documenting needs analysis meetings with business clients to identify opportunities within the marketing technology landscape

·        Previous working experience with migrating Enterprise level companies to a new email service provider(ESP), i.e. Responsys, Exacttarget or Experian

·        Must have experience analyzing, clarifying and documenting data campaign management requirements against ESP capabilities and limitations

·        Understanding of the full life cycle of B2C marketing in a retail or highly transaction processing industry, including Customer Analytics

·        Experience working with ATG, SAS

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be working with and supporting high level business and IT stakeholders to bridge the gap between business areas and systems development

·        Translating business & technical requirements into user stories / use cases

·        Strong communication including delivering presentations, running sessions, managing teams

·        Work with the development and testing organization to ensure that the requirements are met by the end product

·        Perform impact analysis on business area requests to identify system and process risks

·        Ability to write SQL queries using complex joins for data validation within a DBMS or Big Data solution, including: Netezza, Teradata, Oracle, MySQL or Hadoop

·        Please provide writing samples of Business Requirement Documents.
