- IVR support experience

- Experience with Composer 8.1 or 8.5, VXML, Visio

- GUI design work

- Troubleshooting IVR issues

- Experience with Avaya Product Suite, CM6, G450 Gateways, CMS, Session Manger, eSBC, Communication Manager, , Avaya Aura Conferencing, Aura Messaging

- Contact Center Routing – VDNs, vectoring and skill groups

- CMS reporting

- SIP & H323 protocols

- PSTN SIP trunking

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

- Genesys IVR

- Avaya Experience Portal

- Avaya Callback Assist

- Avaya EMC or Multimedia contact centers

- Verint Impact 360 experience

- Verint DPA

- Unified Communications

- Carrier interaction experience
