JD : Data Architect 9+ Years of experience working in large Data Warehouse projects · Zero Distance to Data (Customer knows ZD) · Someone who has data modeling, data dictionary, data governance and ideally HR domain experience. · Someone who has a complete understanding of complete life cycle of Data Management. · Someone who can lead data dictionary work across all of HR and logical modeling, ask right questions, good communication skills and is very skillful and pragmatic · Analyst who is not set in his own ways, and can explore new ideas/options Excellent communication skills
