Title: BioBook Business Analyst

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: 12months

looking for a BioBook Business Analyst to assist supporting a major Electronic Lab Notebook rollout.

Responsibilities:

Specific duties will include partnering with members of the Research organization and current ELN team members to help analyze scientific needs and support the application (e.g. BioBook spreadsheet development and support, training coordination, end user support, and application testing).
Test, implement and support an Electronic Lab Notebook system (IDBS E-WorkBook).

Qualifications:

B.S. degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or Engineering
3+ years of experience in software development, business analysis.
3+ years of experience in data interfaces, data conversion, network and infrastructure fundamentals, object-oriented analysis and design, and operating systems.
Experience in relational database fundamentals, software development life cycle, and software quality methodology.
3+ years of experience in Bio-Pharmaceutical industry focusing on software development, business analysis, and project management.
Background and experience in drug discovery and development
Experience with IDBS E-WorkBook and BioBook
Project management skills, including project planning and scheduling.
Experience in implementing software systems in laboratory environments.
