• Minimum 4-5 years work experience in SAP CRM/Campaign execution/database
• Data manipulation, extraction of data from huge/complex databases
• Experience in customer targeting process, list management activities is a must (data-driven)
• Strong analytical aptitude and logical reasoning
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
