Ø Should be able to analyze the features MOSS site, refine and redesign if required to make the application function efficiently and make it user friendly.

Ø Site and content migration from MOSS 2007 to SharePoint 2013 (in COE Environment).

Ø should be able to capture business requirements, develop documentation, design, develop and implement solution in mind of the American express standards.

Ø Most importantly, work closely with SharePoint COE and ensure a sound process put in place to sustain the application's compliance towards standards/guidelines provided by the SharePoint COE.

Performance test planning, not limited to scripting, execution, result analysis and reporting.

Stakeholder management. Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, thread usage, Garbage collection, and DB connection to verify the performance of the Application.

Analyze the network connections and logs to troubleshoot any network issues.

Other Skills : SAP working knowledge and experience in SAP performance testing is a must.

* 8-10 years of relevant experience in JIRA
