Fusion Middleware Developer

Months
We are looking for SOA, B2B, BPEL and OSB
experience, preferably in 12c, but 11g is ok as well.
In addition
to the required experience in the Oracle FMW space, the individual should have:
- Good communication skills -
verbal and written
- Ability to interact with all
levels of the organization and with customers when necessary
- Some project management
experience – small to medium is ok, just need to have exposure
- Experience with change
management and version control
- Identify areas of concern, and
provide recommendations where applicable
- Work alone or as part of a team
to develop, implement, evaluate, procure, and/or support computer systems
and information solutions that meet the needs of the customer and add the
most value to the company. This is to be accomplished by utilizing
technically sound methods of investigation, analysis, design, planning,
and scheduling.
- Provide advice and counsel to
the customers of the systems or technologies in assigned area(s) of
responsibility, and to other GBS-IS personnel.
- Develop a general understanding
of the business processes or technologies in area(s) of assignment;
- Ensure the project management
process is followed in assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Operate within their IS
standards and conventions and applicable Company standards.
- Ensure appropriate
methodologies are followed, support processes and procedures are in place,
and key system/quality indicators are measured, where appropriate.
- Identify, establish and support
value-added cross-functional data and system linkages.
- Ensure compliance with all
guidelines detailed in the IT ASAT (with a specific focus on business
partnerships, change control, disaster recovery, and security) for
assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Successfully operate in an on-
and off-shore model that provides development and/or support solutions in
the assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Lead and manage multiple
priorities, with the ability to prioritize tasks across different work
efforts.
