Role : Solution Architect

Location : San Jose, CA

Client: TCS

Duration : 24 month

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills

Day to Day operations support and working with business users to resolve the issues, Bug Fixes for the issues/incidents reported, Code fixes. Adhere to ITIL process and follow the security standards. Meet the SLAs and Compliances. Report weekly and monthly SLA and other metrics. ? Works with the local and global technical teams and business stakeholders ? Ability to work in a fast paced, delivery focused environment ? Ability to work to tight timelines in a high pressure environment ? Actively suggest Continuous Improvements ? Communicate progress to the Engagement Managers/ Sr. Managers

? Experience in SAP SD In addition to core experience in sales and distribution, Experience in following areas o Order Management o Pricing & Rebates o Billing & Invoicing o Variant configuration o Logistics and execution with experience in warehouse management module o Integrated flows MM & FICO ? Help design/test RICEFW that utilize SAP ABAP, PI, iDoc and integration with other modules. ? Hands on experience with 3-5 implementation projects ? Has experience in working in 2-3 Support/Maintenance Projects
