Rate $45/hour on Corp to Corp
Job Description:
Provide solutions to bugs in the applications
Work closely with the Customer to gather requirement for any change/enhancement/project
Do complete Analysis & Design and provide the estimates
Work on the changes/enhancements/projects as a developer when required and work with the offshore team
Coordinate between the client and offshore team and act as a facilitator
Ensure quality and Tickets flow process prescribed by the customer and Capgemini are thoroughly followed
Work as a Solition provider to the customers problems and come up with Innovative ideas on technology & Process
Critical Skills:
Strong development skills with 7+ years of development experience in .Net 4.5 & SQL Server 2008
The resource should have experience working on VS 2008, Windows Mobile 6.5 Developer Tool Kit, IIS 7, FTP, Subversion, ASPX development, Entity Framework, MSMQ, MS Office integration, Windows Services and console applications, Web service development
Knowledge on Telerik is a added advantage
Experience on JSP, JSF, JavaScript, J-Query.
Additional Knowledge & Skills:
Experience with Web-based applications, including knowledge of various operating systems and application servers
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while providing quality results.
Ability and desire to be a self-starter and work independently Ability to effectively troubleshoot issues and resolve issues
Positive, proactive attitude
Analyzing new enhancement work & Help in ticket estimation involved in Requirement gathering with Business users Identify Risk points and suggested improvements Communicating and coordinating with clients.
