Job Description:
1)Help with upgrade activities for all 200 projects, like project upgrade, customizations, workflows. Check and verify/repair the upgrade process
2)Create QC project to track the defects and issues with the upgrade process, work with HP for any issues
3)Good knowledge with Oracle database, writing SQL’s scripts and DB views
4)Work with DB team and windows team for the new repository and DB creation
5)Work with DNS team to establish new links to QC Production and Development instances
6)Work with Citrix team to publish new QC icons and access to all off-shore team members
7)Documentation of the entire upgrade process
8)Good communication skills
9)Sharepoint knowledge to update the upgrade progress and sharing the documentation to global users
10)Preparing the documentation for QC client access for global user access
11)New version of QC Compatibility check with HP QTP and HP PC
12)Help with the project stabilization and divesting the old servers
Good to have the following:
13)Creating scripts for Performance tuning of the servers, testing the load and network performance
14)Load Balancer monitoring for the production servers during the upgrade
15)Apply Optimizing solutions to project repository for storage improvements
16)Performance monitor of the Citrix servers, fix any issues related to Citrix performance
Required Skills:
•HP Quality center 11.0 and 11.52 administration
•Oracle SQL 11.2.0.3
•MS windows
•Good communication skills
