 Position: Oracle Apps End User Consultants / Trainer

Location: Boston, MA

Duration: 12+ Months

VISA Status: No Constraints

Pay Rate: $Open/hr

No of Positions: 2

 

Position Summary:

 

Develop and deliver end user training curriculum for Finance staff worldwide. The training would focus on financial tools in Corporate Accounting (General Ledger, sub ledgers, financial reporting tools, etc)

Students would be located across the world a strong desire to travel globally is a requirement.

To support the training session’s end user documentation, such as manuals, job aids, and presentations, would be developed by this individual

 

Duties:

 

·         Develop end user curriculum

·         Deliver training sessions

·         Schedule training sessions

·         Maintenance of online reference material

·         Develop training metric reports

 

Education/Experience:

 

·         Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

·         Minimum of 5 years experience in developing and delivering end user training

·         Minimum of 5 years experience working in the financial industry

·         Preference if employee is already familiar with State Street Financial tools

·         Ability to translate complex topics into simplified training material suitable for business end users

·         Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills

·         Strong sensitivity and work experience dealing with global audiences

·         Ability to drive consensus across multiple subject matter experts

·         Polished and professional Strong attention to detail

·         Able to handle multiple priorities

 

Nice to have:

 

·         Oracle General Ledger or Accounts Payable experience SUN General Ledger or Accounts Payable experience Oracle Time and Labor experience Oracle Instant is experience

·         Experience creating online tutorials using Storyline Looking for someone with 5 + years of training experience.

·         This group develops own curriculum so if the candidate can provide some samples for review that would be preferred.

·         Training will consist of a combination of in-person and web based training.

 

International travel is a high possibility
