Position: Oracle Fusion HCM / HRMS Consultant

Location: Kansas City, MO / Denver, CO

Duration: 6 - 12+ Months

VISA: No Constraints

Rate: $Open/hr on C2C

No # Positions: 2

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Lead implementation of the Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules. This includes Performance Management, Succession Planning and Employee and Job Profiles

·         Lead the full lifecycle from outlining scope, gathering requirements, creating functional design documents, configuration (prototyping) and testing.

 

Requirements/Experience:

 

·         Deep HRIS knowledge in content and life cycle.

·         Experience as an functional implementation lead in Oracle Fusion HCM

·         Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, golive, testing)

·         Knowledge of the HR function and processes; understanding of performance management, succession planning and profile management are a benefit

·         Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

·         Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving
