Job Title : OTM Consultant
Location : Lake Buena Vista, FL
Duration : 6 Months Contract
Job Description:
· OTM Web Method Application:
· Should have at least 2 Implementation at on-site and / or 2 support experience and rich experience in handling customer directly.
· Good communication Skills. Meet aggressive delivery timelines, coordinate well with remote teams, have the flexibility of working the time differences, and proactively solve problems.
· Communicate fluently and effectively with all level of business users, technical teams, and management across the organization.
· Core OTM Setups and Configurations like:
· 1. Rates, Agents, Screen Layout changes, saved queries, buy & sell shipments, freight payments etc.
· 2. Hands-on experience on OTM Integration using BPEL and SOA - for rate enquiry (RIQ) and for shipment plans.
· 3. Though this role isn’t required to write code, person must have good understanding of XML & PL/SQL.
· 4. Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning of OTM.
· 5. Support experience would be a plus
