• Java 11 Microservices, Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, Azure , and GCP are good to have. 
• Must be able to work on Offshore/Onshore Experience 
• Mentoring Offshore and leading the team
• Good experience from a Services Company is a big plus
