Job Description:
Position: Sr SAP Order Management (SD) Developer
Location: Colorado (Remote)
Duration: 6+months
Main Skills : SAP SD ,SAP WM,SAP TM
Responsibilities:
• Execute configuration, functional specification development, testing and application support of Order Management, coordinating tasks of cross functional resources as necessary.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with stakeholders in orderto gain an understanding of business drivers and objectives.
• Work with end users to understand and assess business flows, processes, specific issues, and requirements in order to maintain subject matter expertise and expand business acumen.
• Evaluate and ensure system functionality of existing processes and independently manage medium to large size projects, budget, timelines, communications, and deliverables.
• Understand end to end business processes and cross functional integration points.
• Develop and document process scenarios, system documentation, and test plans.
• Create and implement functional design specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms, directing development resources as necessary.
• Guide the development of end user training documentation and execute training as necessary.
• Provide and ensure appropriate knowledge transfer of solutions to the support organization and provide solid technical mentorship to IT peers and business personnel.
• Participate in long-range planning, prioritize projects, and conduct cost/benefit analysis.
• Collaborate cross functionally in translating business requirements into applied solutions across manufacturing platforms and technologies.
• Act as process experton large cross functional projects to ensure the successful implementation of integrated business solutions.
• May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:(education, skills, and abilities)
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of SAP or other ERP systems and technologies experience. Candidates with 8 years of SAP experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with manufacturing companies with global operations.
• Thorough knowledge of the SAP Sales and Distribution module (Solid/Expert).
• Thorough knowledge of SAP Pricing and Rebates (Solid/Expert); experience with Vistex preferred.
• Experience in SAP Warehouse Management and Transportation Management preferred.
• Experience with Available To Promise and Capable To Promise preferred.
• Experience with SalesForce.com preferred.
• Experience with EDI or similar business to business integrations preferred.
• Thorough understanding of Order to Cash processes (Solid/Expert); cross functional experience with presales, procurement, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and accounts receivable preferred.
• Proven ability to define complex business requirements in order to determine appropriate SAP solutions(Solid/Expert).
• Thorough knowledge of SAP configuration and supporting data structures (Expert).
• Proven ability to identify root causes and develop long-term solutions that support business objectives (Solid/Expert).
• Demonstrated ability to implement best business practices throughout an organisation (Solid/Expert).
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (Expert).
• Strong organisational skills (Solid/Expert).
• Understanding of project methodologies and proven project management skills to drive completion of critical deliverables (Solid).
• Ability to work in a team and project environment (Expert).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, Outlook (Solid).
• Moderate travel required (11 – 29 days per year).
