The IT Business Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager of the IT – Employee Experience and Productivity team and will be responsible for global Laptop and Peripheral procurement.
Looking for an IT Business Analyst role dedicated to managing the ~6 million Laptop and Peripherals program. 18 countries, vendor management, advanced Excel skills, IT asset mgmt
What you will do:
• Build and present demand forecasts to Sr. leadership
• Institute process globally to manage and track laptop procurement
• Ensuring all assets are tracked in ServiceNow
• Working with finance to chargeback assets
• Forecasting future spend Annually/Quarterly/Monthly
• Forecasting monthly deployments
• Laptop ordering
• Managing laptop lifecycle
• Maintaining Asset Register Records (CMDB)
• Manage multiple PO’s globally
• Projects as assigned
• Reporting on chargebacks
• Partner with IT helpdesk to ensure assets are deployed on a first in first out basis
• Develop, maintain and communicate and enforce IT Asset Policies
• Develop, define and implement strategies for asset management, fulfillment and inventory management to ensure organizational alignment and operation efficiency
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication
• Advanced Excel
• ServiceNow reporting is a plus
• Microsoft PowerBI reporting is a plus
• Self-starter who can work independently
