Relevant Experience: 8+ Years

 

Skill Set: Pega AES, PLA, SMA, Clipboard, Dynatrace, Splunk, Middleware, Smart Dispute

Responsibilities & Required Skills:

• 8+ years experience with Pega SSA certification is mandatory. 
• PEGA PRPC applications maintenance and enhancement experience in production support.
• Good experience on configuration and integration of various PRPC components.
• Responsible to maintain, install and upgrade business critical applications in Production, Test and Development environments.
• Infrastructure and middleware maintenance and support.
• Follow best practices in PEGA architecture, also responsible for building and installing PEGA applications.
• Configure PLA (Pega Log Analyzer), SMA (System Management Application), AES (Autonomic event services)
• Manage security authentication and authorization within PEGA.
• Build resiliency in critical applications by setting up appropriate Disaster Recovery environments.
• Analyze opportunities & propose ideas to fine tune the architecture in a geographically dispersed setup to reduce the downtime minimizing the Outage time to the Business in the event of a real disaster.
• Perform mock tests to simulate the situation to keep the process smooth & flawless.
