Job Description :

•         6+ years development experience in Microsoft .Net language; VB.NET or C# – Mandatory

•         Strong Object Oriented knowledge – Mandatory

•         Knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles – Good to Have

•         Strong skills in developing clean GUI interfaces - Mandatory

•         Understanding of VB, C#, .NET and SQL Server - Mandatory

•         Understanding of SIP based telephony, PBX, VoIP, soft phone, HMP, Radvision – Good to Have

•         WPF, WinForms, Silverlight, Infragistics development experience – Good to Have

•         Expression Blend experience designing applications – Good to Have

•         Understanding of Microsoft PRISM or CAL best practices – Good to Have

•         Ability to troubleshoot complex problems - Mandatory

•         Web development experience

•         TFS Knowledge - Mandatory

•         Enterprise Application Development experience is desired

•         Bachelor’s Degree or greater in Computer Science or a related field  OR equivalent experience

•         Ability to design UI applications

•         Ability to design backend server applications

•         Excellent oral and written communication skills - Mandatory

•         Ability to independently make accurate and timely decisions - Mandatory
