Experience with agile development techniques
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ruby/Rails, Java, NoSQL (MongoDB), Search Engine (MS FAST)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work quickly and to tight deadlines
Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and with other department
personnel
Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
Must be "self-motivated" as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to
complex, time-critical problems
Must be a team-player
Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
