Duration : Long Term
• Create monitoring and alerting framework to monitor production systems
• Troubleshoot complex application issues that are related to customer interactions and system bottlenecks
• Provide technical expertise in the planning, administration and operation of a large, multi-platform and highly networked computing environment
• Websphere installation and configuration, experience with clusters, nodes and deployment configurations
Experience with MQ installation and configurations. Troubleshooting all websphere configuration issues (DB, MQ, mail services, memory issues, etc.)
• Able to design maintainable configurations, deployment plans for large applications with multiple sites and websphere installations and failover
Troubleshooting Java HTTP web services exchanging XML based data
• Experience developing or managing applications in an Eclipse based IDE
• Provide level 1 troubleshooting for IVR application related issues . On-Call rotation primary/secondary support once in 3 to 4 weeks
• Application monitoring and reporting using Unix and Perl scripting
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain web based tools and applications using Java and related applications
• Develop scripts in Perl and Unix shell scripting
• Create framework for monitoring and altering that can be leverages by multiple complex applications
• Support application deployments, load testing, troubleshooting production and lower environments
• DevOps tools such as Confluence, GIT, Jenkins, Selenium is huge plus
• Experience with PL/SQL, UNIX, Unix scripting, Java technologies, xml, and websphere
• ExWarreperience with AWS cloud is a hug plus, experience with Mongo/Cassandra/Dynamo DB is a huge plus
